A Brighid Paint by Number

I was able to find a Brighid paint by number kit online last month and decided it was time to work on it this weekend. I was wiped out after the first move-in, but working on the painting really revived my spirits.

As I worked on the painting, I chanted a simple prayer. Lady of the sacred flame, hear us as we call your name. Sometimes just a simple chant like that can help bring your mind into focus. It certainly did for me this weekend.

On Sunday, Brian and I went shopping at the 127 yard sale. I found some new apothecary bottles and a nice glass plate to use for candle work. All of the items need to be washed, so when they are ready, I'll post pictures of those. When we got back, we napped, then I went back to painting and felt my energy revive again.
